...love Maegan's "Light & Easy Yogurt Pie"

...love Maegan posted this recipe a YEAR ago & it's been in my head every since.  I remembered she made it for Easter, so I figured this would be a great time to try it out!  & yes mam!  It is worth the 5 minutes it takes to throw together...I'm tellin' you!!

Ingredients:

2 containers of yogurt (I used blackberry I think)

1 8 oz. container of whip cream (not frozen)

1 graham cracker pie crust

 {stir your yogurt in it's container & pour into mixing bowl}
 {add your whip cream to mixing bowl}

 {& stir it all together REAL good, till the color is solid}
 {scoop into pie crust pan...}
 {smooth out with spatula & lick afterwards ;)}
{replace the lid & place in fridge for at LEAST 1 hour}

Egg Dye Time!

Thursday night, we DYED EGGS!  Pooh & Kelly were out of school on Friday, so Pooh stopped here for the night & Kelly joined us for some egg fun!  =)  This is exactly what we all did last year, so we were just trying to keep up the tradition!  You can see the post from last year here.
 I haven to say I had NOTHING to do with my child during the egg dyeing project.  His Aunties took the reigns.  They let him do a lot cooler things then I would have let him do too..so all was well!  :P

 {dropping his first egg in of the night!}
{this is his first & only egg last year!}

 Morgan came by...& after NOT saying Kelly's name all night after being asked to, he said Morgan's name right when she walked in!  :P  Haha!  It was awfully sweet though, it sounds more like "Mo-gan"!  She brought her dog with her & Ryder ended up chasing her all around the house...poor thing!

{& this picture is just too funny not to post!  Ryder dropped the egg & I caught it mid fall when Pooh came in for the save!}

We had a great time & some of the eggs turned out great...some...not so much.  But we had a blast with the girls!  I hope this is something we can continue to make a point to do...even though everybody's lives are about to change!  :)

In Mama's Rainboots!

Ryder seems to love my boots & I found him like this one day!  I don't know how that boy got in them & actually walked around in them!  They are as tall as his legs!

Little boys are just curious to get into their Mama's stuff!  ;)

"POOK"-A-BOO!

This is Ryder's version of peek a boo! He just started saying it yesterday & I LOVE it!

This is us doing our nightly routine...snuggles on the couch! :)

It is sideways...sorry!

Ryder's Easter Cards

I decided to make Easter cards at the very last minute of Ryder. We took him to Hendrix, but just really didn't get any great pics. It's just so hard these days because he is always on the move (hence the not so much blogging!) :P This is what we came up with! I literally thru it all together yesterday & executed it today! Glad it's done though...

I have started to make a binder of all of Ryder's cards I send out. So far we have his first Christmas/Birth Announcement, 1st Birthday, 2nd Christmas, Valentine's & Easter. I look forward to keeping & growing his book as he grows up!

{cards finished, envelopes addressed & ready to be stuffed!}
{I'm happy with how all the pastel colors turned out}
{"Jesus is the Reason for the season"}
{I cut out scalloped circles & bunny rabbits for some detail}
Sorry the pics aren't the best! If your interested in Ryder's Valentine Cards you can see them here.
