Amy's Birthday Dinner

Tomorrow's the roomie's birthday!  So...tonight we took her out to eat some where other than the TWO restaurants she eats at all.the.time!  HA!  She's kinda a picky eater & doesn't like to "try new things & waste her money".  She's a mess!  But who can go wrong with Fuji?  A GREAT hibachi grill with some yummy "yum yum" sauce!  =)  My mouth waters just typing about it!  :P

Punkin got a bit scared of the fire, but he's usually done great when we've gone!  He loved it though!

Almost birthday girl & Ryder!  He loves her SOOOOO much!

I made her a cake last night, & we came home & she blew out the candles, even though we were all too stuffed to even THINK about eating a piece of cake!

We had a lot of fun...and we have another dinner tomorrow night for her!  Homecooked though of course!  :P

Taking Punkin to the Pumpkin Patch...F.A.I.L.

So...the trip to the Pumpkin Patch wasn't all I thought it was gonna be.  First mistake-going on a Saturday when EVERYONE else & their grandma were there!  It was also almost too hott to be out there, & once again..OVER dressed!  It was Punkin's nap time & it was just all.bad.

These are the ONLY decent pictures I got.  All he wanted to do was RUN around, it was CRAZY!  I loved all the different kinds of pumpkins they had, but didn't even have time to think about picking one out & buying it!  The line for the hay ride was beYOND ridiculous, so we peaced out soon.  I took us longer to drive there, than we were actually there! HA!  We might try & go back later this week!  :P

Look @ all those "warts!"  HA!  Punkin did not care one single thing bout any of the pumpkins.  :/

This is about as good as it got!  I was so thankful that Amy go up & went with us on her ONE day to sleep in!  I wouldn't have lasted the 15 minutes I did if she hadn't have been there! :P  There aren't many things I "can't handle" by myself...but this was one of them.  Maybe it was just my cranky/teething/rambunctious lil boy!  :P

He took a GREAT nap after we got home!  I did laundry & picked up around the house while Amy watched the game.  I try to care, but I just don't.  I am worn OUT from not really doing anything! HA!  No...Ryder has been a different baby the last few days.  His poor teeth are trying to break through, and I am just trying to comfort him & help him get through the  pain.  :(  It saddens me to know he's hurting...hopefully it will be over with soon!

-I am back in business!
-I took ZERO pictures this week.  Sad, I know.
-I have MISSED blogging SO much!
-I had a big World History test TUesday that is finally OVER with, so I could breath the rest of the week.
-Next week I only have one day of class because of FALL BREAK!!
-Then I get to go to Tiger Tunes...something I look forward too every year almost more than Christmas & my birthday!
-I finally entered the iPhone world.  Mike B. finally broke down & bought his children iPhones.  My dad is the type of person that "if everyone has one" then he won't.  Until now.  Garrett had a guest speaker in class one day & asked how many people had internet on their phones.  Garrett was the only one that didn't raise his hand.  My dad said, "Sadly, I feel peer pressure & am 48 years old".  HA!  Garrett "lost" his & so dad caved & got them for us!  THANK YOU POPS! =)
-Ryder loves my phone...he already knows how to scroll across pictures on the screen!
-He has been acting so weird the last few days.  I HOPE it's just teething.  He screams ALL.THE.TIME & NOTHING makes him happy.
-This weekend's my roomie's BIRTHDAY!
-I hope I pass all my classes this semester!  :P  WOOPSIE!  (half way joking, half way not!)
-Monday night, I stayed up ALL.NIGHT.  No, I didn't get like 1 or 2 hours of sleep...I stayed up ALL.NIGHT.  I went to class all day, cooked my rents dinner that night, & finally crashed around 8.  Almost 36 hours of wakefulness.
-This weather has been INSANE!  It's chilly in the mornings, & then BURNING hot by noon.

Wedding in the Shug!

One of my best friend's, Pooh, sister was getting married on Saturday.  Punkin & I loaded up the car & headed to their hometown!  It was the first overnight road trip for just me & Punkin & it went great!  I thought he would sleep the way there, but he didn't, but was actually SO good & didn't act up at all!

Everyone looked GREAT in the wedding!  The Bride, the bridesmaids & the parents of the bride!  I was so happy for all of them & I knew it was a day they had been looking forward to for a long time...but were relieved that it was over!  :P  Pretty Ricky even did a lil "happy dance" afterwards!  :P

I got to see some OBU friends that I haven't seen in a while!  It was great to visit & catch up on life!

Punkin' was the life of the party on the dance floor!  I could NOT believe some of the moves he had!  I didn't get to do much dancing because I was too busy chasing him around & making sure he wasn't getting into trouble!  :P

The morning we left he was petting on Sugar & laying his head down on her belly.  He is such a sweet boy!  It took him a while to get used to her because she is SO big, but he eventually LOVED her!  =)

We had a great time in the Shug & am so glad that Pretty Ricky & Aunt Sidney let us stay with them!
